What's included in a service visit?
Full exterior treatment, targeted interior treatment as needed, web removal, wasp nest knockdown, and a written report of what we did and saw.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or pause anytime. Most folks start with Plus and adjust based on what their property needs.
Are there extra fees?
No surprise fees. Specialty services (bed bugs, termites, wildlife) are quoted separately and clearly before any work begins.
